NOTE:   We recommend all students go through the Science Option to maintain the greatest number of options available to them at graduation (career or graduate school). In addition, to achieve classes needed to obtain professional certification through The Wildlife Society or the certifying body for the American Fisheries Society, students should take GEN 371 (Genetics), CHEM 231 (Organic Chemistry), a “Plant Course” (e.g. PLSC 206, FOR 470, BIOL 351, BIOL 363), and a “Natural Resources Policy Class” as part of their Restricted Electives coursework.
